According to Finnish consumer protection law, customer has 14 days exchange and return right for the purchases made in Pässilä Bicycles online store. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return policy applies only to still sellable products. If product is installed to an bicycle or otherwise utilized so that it can not be held as sellable, customers return right will expire.

To complete your return, you must send the product to the following address in the original packaging:

You must attach the following information with the returned product:
- Order number
- Your name, address, email and phone number
- Copy of the order confirmation
- Your bank account number
You will be solely responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs have to be payed by you at the time of return.
Pässilä Bicycles have the right to refuse the refund if all the above details are not in place in the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
